By accessing salienci.ai or using any Salienci product or diagnostic service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Salienci provides diagnostic tools, audits, and engineering services related to Recommendation Authority inside AI answer engines. Deliverables may include scores, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.

AI answer engines are third-party systems whose behavior, ranking logic, indexing, and recommendation decisions are controlled by their operators. Salienci does not control and cannot guarantee any specific outcome inside a third-party AI engine, including selection, citation, ranking, appearance, or recommendation of any brand.

All content on salienci.ai, including diagnostic frameworks, methodologies, scoring systems, dashboards, reports, terminology, and platform code, is the property of Salienci and protected by intellectual property law. This includes but is not limited to the terms Recommendation Authority, AEO+, K-Matrix, Salienci Score, and Salienci OS.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or create derivative works from Salienci materials without prior written permission.

You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, attempt to circumvent security controls, scrape or bulk-download data, use the services to violate any law, or use them in a way that could damage Salienci or its users.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid engagements are governed by a separate order form or statement of work. Free diagnostics are provided without cost and without warranty.

Non-public information exchanged in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service.

The services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salienci will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Salienci harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Salienci may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Salienci is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
